the location was great. there were shopping options and restaurants nearby. the hotel bar had great drinks and atmosphere! the rooms were very clean and offered excellent amenities.
the beds were really hard. i don't like them but the rest of the hotel is why i come back. perhaps a pillow top menu would be a great option.

the staff helped navigate around the city and provided a map. the reception staff were very helpful! the breakfast was excellent and the bar staff were very attentive and pleasant.

the location was acceptable since IT was close to many attractions.
i experienced a major issue with cleanliness. i found several hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. the shower drain seemed clogged, so water accumulated quickly. the combination of these issues.

the breakfast was good, and the selection had excellent tea.
the cleaner completely missed some things. dirty towels was in strange places. check in was long and frustrating, i did not like that at all.
